Vegetarian Koya Tofu Soup

A quick and healthy Koya Tofu soup using a bouillon cube!

Ingredients ( 8 servings)

  • KoyaTofu (Sliced) : 100g
  • Potatoe: 200g
  • Onion: 200g
  • Cabbege: 80g
  • Carrot: 60g
  • Mushroom: 40g
  • Celery: 20g
  • Water: 1600ml
  • Bouillon cube (Vegetalian) : 40g
  • Salt, Pepper: as you like

How to cook

  1. Cut the cabbage into 1cm cubes. Cut the carrot, potatoes, onion, celery and mushrooms into 8mm cubes.
  2. Put water and all the vegetables except the cabbage in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5minutes. Add the soup cube and the cabbage, simmer over middle to low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the Koya Tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
