A quick and healthy Koya Tofu soup using a bouillon cube!

Ingredients ( 8 servings)
- KoyaTofu (Sliced) : 100g
- Potatoe: 200g
- Onion: 200g
- Cabbege: 80g
- Carrot: 60g
- Mushroom: 40g
- Celery: 20g
- Water: 1600ml
- Bouillon cube (Vegetalian) : 40g
- Salt, Pepper: as you like

How to cook
- Cut the cabbage into 1cm cubes. Cut the carrot, potatoes, onion, celery and mushrooms into 8mm cubes.
- Put water and all the vegetables except the cabbage in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5minutes. Add the soup cube and the cabbage, simmer over middle to low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the Koya Tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
