- Onion: 200g
- Carrot: 60g
- Mushroom: 40g
- Celery: 20g
- Water: 1000ml
- Canned tomatoes: 600g
- Bouillon cube (Vegan): 24g
- Salt and Pepper: as you like

How to cook
- Cut the onion, carrot, celery, and mushrooms into 8 mm cubes.
- Put the vegetables and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the consommé and stir to dissolve. Add KoyaTofu, let it absorb the liquid, then add the canned tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
