  • KoyaTofu (Diced) : 132g (48 pieces)
  • Cabbage: 1
  • Carrot: 4
  • Potatoe: 4
  • Onion: 4
  • Broccoli: 2
  • Mini tomatoes: 32
  • [A] Water: 3200ml/ Bouillon cube(Vegetalian): 80g
  • Salt, Pepper: as you like you like

How to cook

  1. Cut the cabbage into wedges, the carrot into irregular chunks, the potatoes into quarters, and the onion into four pieces. Separate the broccoli into small florets, and remove the stems from the mini tomatoes.
  2. Put the potatoes, carrots, and onions in a pot. Add [A] and bring to a boil. Add the KoyaTofu and cook until the potatoes are tender. Add the cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes. (Add a little water if the liquid reduces too much.)
  3. Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
