KoyaTofu is filling enough without chicken!

Ingredients ( 2 servings)
- KoyaTofu (Diced) : 6 pieces
- [A] Tomato juice: 30g/ Water: 15g/ Grated garlic: 3g/ Sugar: 1g (1/3tsp) / Salt: 0.8g (a scant 1/6 tsp)
- Black pepper, Dried crushed basil: to taste
- Potato starch, Frying oil: as needed

How to cook
- Put [A] into a bowl, add the KoyaTofu, and mix gently. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
- Add black pepper and dried crushed basil to the bowl, then coat each piece of KoyaTofu evenly with potato starch.
- Heat frying oil to 180℃, and deep-fry until crispy and golden brown.
*If using an Air fryer, mix potato starch and flour in equal parts instead of using only potato starch.
