Vegan KoyaTofu Karaage with Soy sauce Flavor

  • KoyaTofu (Diced) : 6 pieces
  • [A] Water: 40g/ Soy sauce: 9g/ Sugar: 4g/ Grated ginger: 4g/ Grated garlic: 2g
  • Potato starch: as needed
  • Frying oil: as needed

How to cook

  1. In a bowl, mix [A]. Add the KoyaTofu and let it sit for about 5minutes, turning occasionally so all sides absorb the seasoning.
  2. Coat each piece of KoyaTofu evenly with potato starch.
  3. Deep-fry in 180°C oil for about 3 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
    *If using an Air fryer, mix potato starch and flour in equal parts instead of using only potato starch.
