KoyaTofu Powder can be used as an alternative to flour. Just coat the seasoned chicken with it and pan-fry.

How to cook

  1. [A] Season chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the seasoned chicken evenly with KoyaTofu powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat, cooking both sides until done.
