Gluten-Free KoyaTofu Dessert

Make a fluffy, silky and healthy dessert with KoyaTofu!

Ingredients ( 6 servings)

  • KoyaTofu(Diced): 18pieces (1pack)
  • [A]Oat milk: 400ml/ Sugar: 25g
  • [B] Beaten egg: 50g/ Vanilla Essence: to taste
  • Butter: 20g
  • Powdered sugar or Cinnamon: as you like

How to cook

  1. Pour [A] into a pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the KoyaTofu directly, and simmer over low heat for about 12 minutes, turning it occasionally.
  3. Simmer until all the liquid is absorbed into tofu, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly. *Be careful not to let it burn while simmering.
  4. Melt butter on frying pan.
    Mix the egg with vanilla essence, then dip each piece of KoyaTofu (from step3) into the mixture, making sure all sides are coated.
  5. Place them in the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
