  • Oil (for cooking) : 20g per 1piece
  • Maple syrup: as you like

How to cook

  1. In a bowl, mix milk and KoyaTofu powder, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add the pancake mix and mix well until smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium to low heat, add a little oil, and pour in the batter. Spread it into a round shape, cover with a lid, and cook both sides until golden brown.
  3. Serve on a plate and drizzle maple syrup, if desired.
