Make a fluffy, silky and healthy dessert with KoyaTofu!

Ingredients ( 6 servings)
- KoyaTofu(Diced): 18pieces (1pack)
- [A]Oat milk: 400ml/ Sugar: 25g
- [B] Beaten egg: 50g/ Vanilla Essence: to taste
- Butter: 20g
- Powdered sugar or Cinnamon: as you like

How to cook
- Pour [A] into a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Add the KoyaTofu directly, and simmer over low heat for about 12 minutes, turning it occasionally.
- Simmer until all the liquid is absorbed into tofu, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly. *Be careful not to let it burn while simmering.
- Melt butter on frying pan.
Mix the egg with vanilla essence, then dip each piece of KoyaTofu (from step3) into the mixture, making sure all sides are coated. - Place them in the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
